Belarusian Cultural Center “Spiritual Revival is a public, noncommercial organization of culture. The founder is Minsk City Executive Committee.
Belarusian Cultural Center “Spiritual Revival” was founded in April 2011 with the scope to explore and investigate comprehensively, as well as to revive and commemorate the memory of numerous generations of the Belarusians, who fell to rescue our Fatherland.
The Center carries out the functions of exploitation and maintenance of the National Memorial Complex “Memorial Cathedral in Honour of All Saints and in Memory of the Victims, who fell to rescue our Fatherland”.

The main activities of the Center are:
- comprehensive exploring, investigation, revival and commemoration of the memory of Belarusian generations, who fell to rescue our Fatherland;
- exploitation and maintenance of the Memorial Cathedral in Honour of All Saints and in Memory of the Victims, who fell to rescue our Fatherland, as well as its territory;
- satisfaction of spiritual and other nonmaterial needs of people, accomplishment of the functions aimed at social welfare;
- research activities related to the study of archival, library and other historical sources about compatriots who became victims of military campaigns and repressions;
- acquisition and maintenance of a fund of documents relating to the studied historical events;
- identification of objects of museum significance related to the studied historical events;
- acquisition, accounting and preservation of museum items and museum collections, ensuring their integrity and safety;
- scientific and artistic design, creation of museum collections, compositions and exhibitions on their basis;
- popularization of museum items and museum collections, in particular through their public presentation, publication of relevant materials;
- excursion service for the visitors of the Museum of Memory;
- excursion service for the visitors of the Memorial Cathedral;
- excursion service for the visitors of the Memorial Complex “Trostenets”;
- excursion service for the visitors of the Memorial Cemetery “Blagovshchina”;
- cultural and educational activities related to museum objects and museum collections;
- cultural and educational activities;
- conduction of research and practical seminars, conferences and other cultural and educational events;
- accomplishment of international cultural activities in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
- other retail trade in specialized stores;
- retail trade outside stores;
- other cultural activities;
Currently Belarusian Cultural Center “Spiritual Revival” carries out:
- presenting of the Memorial Cathedral objects;
- seminars, research and practical conferences, renting out its premises;
- cultural and educational events (honouring veterans, sacred music concerts, issue-related events);
- individual service in accordance with the Charter.
